Closing in on 20 years of experience, Anuk is specialized in industries spanning from education to digital media advertising, and technology and smart home automation. His  passion to constantly drive inspiration and make headway in businesses he’s built, comes from instilling his full faith in people who have a clear vision of their goals and making it a reality, instead of simply treating it as a new venture. Anuk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the renowned Florida Institute of Technology, and Masters in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Sydney.

KASUN DISSANAYAKE – CTO & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kasun was former Associate Technical Lead at WSO2 Inc. During his tenure, he was involved in the development teams of App Management and Mobile at WSO2 as a Software Engineer, Associate Technical Lead and Support Engineer. His career included several upper-level projects, playing an active role in the solutions teams for eBay, Boeing, Fidelity, T-Systems and several other projects with the Government of Dubai. Kasun is also a First Class Honors Degree Holder in Software Engineering and is currently reading for the PhD in Wireless Radio Frequency and Data Transfer Methodologies.

DHANUSHA MUTHUKUMARANA – NON-EXECUTIVE/INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

• Non-Executive/Independent Director – LAUGFS Holdings Limited, Sri Lanka.

An award-winning innovator with an interest in innovation-driven Business Transformation and Management & Economics, with 22+ years of global experience covering multiple industries including Banking & Finance, FMCG, Healthcare, Leisure, Systems Integration and Technology Consulting. He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and postgraduate studies in Information Technology.

Dhanusha is currently reading for his Masters degree in Financial Economics at University of Colombo. In 2019, Dhanusha was recognized by Echelon, the premier Business Magazine in Sri Lanka as one of the Top 100 Next Generation Business Leaders of Sri Lanka. In 2021, Dhanusha was invited by Forbes Magazine (USA), becoming the first Sri Lankan to be inducted into the prestigious Forbes Technology Council.

Nivran strengthens the board with his strategic foresight and extensive board-level experience gained at public, private and government enterprises. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (FCMA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of West London.
